This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across various customers and channels.
• Introduce new products and devise strategies to enhance business relationships.
• Ensure understanding and secure access to formularies.
• Propel sales within the designated territory to achieve approved business goals.
• Engage with customers both in-person and virtually.
• Create and execute business and territory call plans.
• Identify and apply live and virtual engagement strategies for customers.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools alongside internal reports and analytics to uncover strategic business opportunities.
• Provide compliant, clinically oriented disease-state information and patient resources.
• Assess market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other channels.
• Partner with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional team members.
• Ensure timely and compliant completion of customer call entries, expense submissions, and other administrative tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in professional sales/promotional activities, small business ownership/entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation in the past 7 years disqualifies the candidate.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing.
• Proven track record of sales or marketing achievements.
• Skills in territory management.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Capable of teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
• Preferred: Experience in the vaccines therapeutic area and product knowledge.
• Preferred: Familiarity with territory customers and markets.
• Preferred: Residency within the territory boundaries.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
