This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across various customers and channels.
• Introduce new products and formulate strategies for managing business relationships.
• Understand and secure access to formularies.
• Engage in product promotion within the designated geography.
• Drive sales in the assigned territory to achieve approved business objectives.
• Interact with customers both face-to-face and virtually.
• Develop and execute business and territory call plans along with live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Cultivate customer relationships utilizing digital and virtual tools.
• Analyze internal reports and data to uncover and act on strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly leverage approved disease-state information and patient resources.
• Identify market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other channels.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams.
• Complete customer call entries, expense submissions, and other administrative tasks in a compliant and timely manner.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activities, small business ownership or entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military service; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or a high school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record must comply with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years disqualifies candidates from consideration.
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing is preferred.
• Experience with vaccines is strongly preferred.
• Preferred skills include strong sales or marketing success, territory management, communication abilities, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
• Preferred knowledge in vaccines therapeutic areas and products.
• Familiarity with territory customers and markets is preferred.
• Candidates must reside within the territory boundaries.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
