• Conceptualize and design ecommerce experiences across Therabody.com, encompassing product detail pages, collection pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout processes.
• Develop essential UX deliverables—sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups—that align with project briefs and business objectives.
• Convert product and merchandising requirements into sleek, functional designs rooted in DTC and ecommerce UX best practices.
• Collaborate with the ecommerce and analytics teams to analyze performance data, pinpoint friction points, and devise enhancements that support conversion goals.
• Operate within Therabody’s brand guidelines and design system to maintain visual consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints.
• Work alongside front-end engineers to ensure smooth design handoffs and quality assurance of implementations to confirm they meet specifications.
• Create and provide design variations for A/B tests, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to validate design directions and make iterations based on insights.
• Over 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a significant emphasis on ecommerce—experience with Shopify, DTC brands, or consumer electronics is advantageous.
• A portfolio showcasing well-crafted ecommerce projects: product pages, checkouts, landing pages, and other essential shopping touchpoints.
• Proficient in Figma with experience navigating established design systems and component libraries; hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo, Relume, or similar) to expedite concepting and iteration.
• Comprehensive understanding of ecommerce UX patterns, responsive design, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Comfortable utilizing analytics tools (Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar) to guide design decisions.
• Experience in user research and usability testing, including rapid methods for validating ideas.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and insight into their UX limitations and capabilities.
• Collaborative and adaptable—able to accept feedback positively, communicate effectively, and work swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
