This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Website Design & Revamp: Continuously enhance the website to provide an outstanding user experience, emphasizing usability, accessibility, and visual attractiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to execute design modifications that improve site functionality and performance.
• Concentrate on design for GEO, AEO, and SEO.
• Lead Generation Forms: Design and optimize lead generation forms to boost conversions, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually aligned with the brand identity, and thoroughly tested.
• Create and maintain HubSpot form connections, guaranteeing that all lead data is accurately transferred to the CRM with appropriate field mapping and source tracking.
• Partner with the CRM team to establish HubSpot lead tracking workflows triggered by form submissions.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user interactions to continually enhance form design and functionality.
• Blog & Content Layouts: Sustain and refresh blog layouts that are visually captivating and optimized for SEO and GEO.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Creator to ensure all published content is displayed in an aesthetically pleasing and easily scannable format.
• User Experience Enhancement: Perform user research, including surveys and usability testing, to collect behavioral insights.
• Convert research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that significantly enhance the user experience.
• Cross-Platform Design Consistency: Maintain a consistent appearance across all digital platforms — mobile, desktop, and any future interfaces.
• Develop and uphold a dynamic design system and guidelines that ensure visual and interaction design remains cohesive as the product evolves.
• AI-Powered Design Workflow: Incorporate AI tools into your daily design routine to boost efficiency: draft UX copy for mockups, synthesize user research, generate design briefs, and automate documentation.
• Utilize MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections to integrate Figma and other design tools with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and our CMS, fostering a connected, data-driven design workflow.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI-driven automations to allocate more time for high-impact creative work.
• Actively assess emerging AI design tools and present tangible recommendations to the team.
• Collaboration & Implementation: Work closely with the Content Creator, Marketing team, CRM Team, and Tech Team to ensure smooth design execution.
• Provide clear design specifications and actively assist in troubleshooting during development transitions.
• Manage your project queue, communicate obstacles promptly, adjust priorities when business needs change, and keep stakeholders informed without requiring follow-ups.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a robust portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.
• Ability to independently produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Practical experience in utilizing AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) to enhance design workflows — beyond mere awareness.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize independently, and adjust quickly when priorities shift.
