UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to grasp their website objectives, user requirements, and business goals.

• Transform client needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Develop high-quality website designs and prototypes tailored to client specifications.

• Integrate feedback from clients and stakeholders, iterating on designs effectively.

• Utilize UX/UI best practices and the latest design trends in all projects.

• Design and facilitate A/B testing initiatives to enhance conversion rates and user experience.

• Utilize data and analytics insights to guide design choices.

• Update Project Managers (Launch Specialists) on progress and developments.

• Work closely with Front-End Development to ensure precise implementation of designs.

• Thoroughly document and communicate design rationale to stakeholders and team members.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, user flows, and interaction design.

• Experience in client-facing projects or strong customer communication capabilities.

• Competence in presenting and articulating design concepts clearly (visual storytelling).

• Ability to analyze and apply data (e.g., A/B testing results, heatmaps, and analytics) to inform design strategies.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities swiftly.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
