UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Perform competitor and market analysis to gain insights into user behaviors, workflows, challenges, and requirements.

• Evaluate current user interfaces and the design aspects of our existing solutions.

• Leverage tools such as Visily or Figma to produce wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

• Create user personas, customer journey maps, and usability studies to facilitate data-driven decisions.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to guarantee cohesive user experiences.

• Validate and test design concepts through A/B testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics.

• Document research results and share insights with stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX to consistently enhance our methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in Visily (preferred), Figma, and comparable design tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards.

• Experience in conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.

• Capability to convert research findings into actionable recommendations.

• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven UX choices.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• A portfolio or case studies demonstrating previous research and wireframe designs.
