Junior UX Research – AI-Powered

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to establish research objectives and key inquiries.

• Assist in the planning and execution of user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and card sorting exercises, utilizing AI to create research materials.

• Utilize AI-driven tools to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, recognize patterns, and produce insights with greater efficiency.

• Employ AI support to synthesize research outcomes, develop user personas, journey maps, and comprehensive research reports.

• Engage in usability testing sessions, observe user interactions, and document observations.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of research repositories to ensure that insights are accessible and actionable throughout the organization.

• Assist in translating research findings into concise recommendations for design and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Strong curiosity about user behavior and a desire to understand how individuals interact with digital products.

• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a talent for identifying patterns and deriving meaningful insights from data.

• Familiarity with AI research tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI assistants for analysis and synthesis.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple research projects concurrently.

• Basic knowledge of Figma and research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or similar platforms.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Native English speaker or near-native fluency.
