UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• What You’ll Do

• - **Lead the complete research lifecycle:** Design, plan, and execute mixed-method research (Qualitative/Quantitative, Behavioral/Attitudinal) to gain a profound understanding of customer needs, challenges, and potential opportunities.

• - **Generate and act on insights:** Analyze both new and existing research findings, synthesize qualitative data into compelling evidence, and convert complex research into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

• - **Establish and advocate for research:** Define and oversee the user research process (discovery, validation, prototyping) in partnership with Product Design and Data teams.

• - **Collaborate and coach:** Work closely with Product Owners and Designers to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, and mentor team members on best practices for research and user-centered design principles.

• - **Execution support:** Manage essential research logistics, such as recruiting participants, scheduling tests/interviews, and assisting designers in formulating research questions and hypotheses.

⛳️ Requirements

• What You’ll Bring

• - 3–5 years of experience in conducting User Research;

• - Extensive expertise across the entire research lifecycle, with proficiency in both qualitative (interviews, ethnography, persona development) and quantitative methods;

• - Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights;

• - Practical experience in managing research logistics, including participant recruitment and scheduling interviews/tests;

• - Experience in facilitating Usability tests and interviews for software products, along with familiarity with remote testing tools;

• - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Agile product development teams;

• - A University Degree in a relevant field (Master’s or PhD is a plus).
