This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Introduces students to the essential phases of the UX research process, encompassing concepts and techniques aimed at understanding users along with their needs, behaviors, tasks, and goals.
• Learn various methods for effectively communicating findings, such as data-driven personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
• Students must successfully complete the TCPS course on research ethics.
• A Master’s Degree is required.
• Prior teaching experience at the college or university level, or experience in providing training in UX qualitative research, or equivalent expertise is necessary.
• Practical experience in qualitative research involving human subjects or an equivalent background is required.
• A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the classroom is preferred.
• Familiarity with current industry best practices and tools relevant to the course is preferred.
