UX Program Manager

📋 Description

• Assist our designers in collaborating with member banks' design and product teams.

• Organize the workflow of the UX team and coordinate user research activities.

• Serve as an enthusiastic advocate for our goal to become Europe's premier payments platform.

• Help convert end-user insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing members' UX.

• Review and support the initiatives of member banks' design and product teams as they incorporate Wero into their mobile banking applications.

• Aid in creating clear and accessible content for onboarding, discovery, and planning among members.

• Manage feedback and follow-ups on member proposals.

• Keep an accurate overview of each member's current status regarding UX development.

• Proactively escalate any obstacles as necessary.

• Organize user research and data analysis to gain insights into end-user needs and pain points.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of program/project management experience in a design or product environment.

• Proficient in Figma, Confluence, Jira, and various technical documentation tools.

• Capable of navigating and succeeding in multi-cultural work settings.

• Fluency in English (CEFR C1 or C2) is essential; knowledge of French, German, or Dutch is a plus.

• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management roles.

• Background in conducting or coordinating user research and synthesizing insights into strategic UX recommendations.

• Basic video shooting and editing skills are an advantage for tutorials and documentation.

• Previous experience in the payments or banking sector is beneficial.
