Global Program Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, plan, and oversee intricate global programs and projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of specified business results.

• Serve as the essential liaison among senior business stakeholders, Commercial Managers, and technical/product development teams.

• Propel impactful domain management initiatives, such as enforcement strategies, global domain audits, and the development of new intellectual capital, ensuring they contribute to improved service delivery and customer experiences.

• Actively identify, evaluate, and address program risks and dependencies, formulating contingency plans to guarantee program continuity and success.

• Function as the main, high-context point of contact for all significant stakeholders, including Domain Leadership, Team Leads, Technical Managers, and Cross-Functional Partners (e.g., Legal, Finance).

• Create and maintain effective communication channels to ensure complete alignment across geographically dispersed teams, various service lines, and accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Program Management or Project Management, ideally within a global or highly matrixed environment.

• Demonstrated capability to manage the entire program lifecycle with an Agile mindset, leveraging strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with a proven track record of managing high-stakes communication, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, and fostering cross-functional alignment.

• Strong business acumen paired with the aptitude to quickly grasp technical concepts and effectively convey technical requirements to non-technical audiences and vice versa.

• Proficiency in project and task management platforms, particularly Jira, along with expertise in the Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet).
