• Lead, structure, and enhance both classical and agile portfolio management methodologies.
• Oversee portfolio-level financials, including CAPEX/OPEX planning, forecasting, budget monitoring, and benefits realization.
• Prepare and facilitate governance routines (SteerCos, review boards) with high-quality insights, reports, and decision-ready materials.
• Ensure portfolio governance standards, reporting structures, and processes are integrated within delivery teams.
• Analyze existing portfolio processes, identify challenges and maturity gaps, and design actionable improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with PMO and business/technical stakeholders to align frameworks, methods, and tools.
• Drive prioritization, risk transparency, resource allocation overview, and enhancements in portfolio reporting.
• Serve as a key liaison to senior stakeholders, including Domain Leads and the CIO.
• Clearly communicate and escalate issues in complex or time-sensitive scenarios (e.g., budget delays, strategic decisions).
• Facilitate workshops, alignment discussions, and portfolio decision-making processes.
• Confidently represent portfolio insights and recommendations to senior leadership and governance boards.
• Contribute to the development of transformational PMO capabilities, beyond just delivery execution.
• Strong background in portfolio management, IT governance, or transformation steering.
• Proven experience in PMO leadership, portfolio management, or transformation roles.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into clear insights and decision support.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, automation, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (C-level storytelling).
• Confident communicator who engages effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on, proactive, resilient, and capable of operating independently with high accountability.
• Strong change management and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Practical experience with AI-supported productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-powered reporting/automation).
• Fluent in business English and German (both spoken and written).
