• Lead the discovery of workflows for a strategic product initiative, beginning with batch analytics, to comprehend how tasks flow across roles, systems, and timelines.
• Conduct and synthesize contextual research alongside customers and internal partners to identify handoffs, bottlenecks, workarounds, and unmet requirements.
• Convert insights into practical deliverables—such as journey maps, service blueprints, and future-state flows—that assist Product and Engineering in making informed scope and design choices.
• Design the comprehensive user experience from start to finish, including interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity workflows that are primed for implementation.
• Validate workflows and individual interactions, ensuring that the complete experience functions seamlessly across feature boundaries and real customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with the UX Researcher and other designers to plan studies, share insights, and elevate the quality of workflow-centered design throughout the team.
• Contribute to design critiques, the evolution of the Design System, and team practices by sharing patterns, insights, and methodologies from your work.
• Influence how AI-enabled experiences are integrated into the workflows you support, focusing on trust, clarity, and role handoffs.
• Act as a strong design partner and subject-matter expert within your product area, steering decisions through expertise, influence, and collaboration.
• 6+ years of UX experience in designing and delivering B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience working on intricate, multi-step, or multi-role workflows in technical, data-intensive, or operationally complex fields.
• Strong end-to-end design skills encompassing discovery, synthesis, interaction design, prototyping, and final delivered UX.
• Familiarity with service design or workflow-systems methodologies such as journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, or longitudinal workflow research.
• Solid qualitative research abilities, including contextual inquiry and the capacity to learn from technical end users.
• A portfolio that showcases both problem framing and delivered product outcomes.
• Experience designing for AI-enabled or agent-assisted experiences, particularly in contexts where trust, explainability, or handoffs are critical.
• Expert proficiency in modern UX tools such as Figma, with the ability to transition between low-fidelity systems thinking artifacts and high-fidelity UI design.
• Strong written and visual communication skills; capable of clearly articulating trade-offs to Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort with technical products, data-rich interfaces, and a quick learning curve in complex domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX design, HCI, service design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
