• Design user-centered and intuitive experiences for workflows and tools aimed at agents.
• Develop UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns for product features and demos.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to convert requirements into effective and functional designs.
• Maintain consistency across all UX touchpoints, covering demos, internal tools, and agent experiences.
• Lead the UX and visual design for the company website, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment with the brand.
• Create marketing materials such as landing pages, digital assets, and visuals for campaigns.
• Assist in marketing initiatives by designing for events, announcements, and promotional content.
• Develop and enhance executive presentation decks for both internal and external audiences.
• Produce visually engaging materials for conferences—covering both UX and technical aspects—including slides, signage, and demo visuals.
• Ensure that all conference designs align with product messaging, brand identity, and audience expectations.
• Take ownership of the UX and visual design for all product demonstrations.
• Create cohesive demo flows that effectively communicate product value and functionality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure demo environments represent real-world use cases.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing leaders to comprehend needs and convert them into thoughtful UX solutions.
• Maintain and advance design systems and brand guidelines across product and marketing platforms.
• Manage multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• 3–5+ years of experience in UX or product design (whether contract or full-time).
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, visual design, and work across multiple surfaces (web, product, presentations).
• Proficiency in modern design tools, with a preference for Figma.
• Capability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and swiftly adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience designing for both product and marketing teams is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
