This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the design and reimagining of internal digital platforms and tools, working in partnership with design leads and organizational leadership.
• Collaborate with Research teams to conduct and assess thorough user research aimed at identifying employee pain points and workflow hurdles.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints tailored for internal systems.
• Design user-friendly interfaces that streamline complex workflows and boost user productivity.
• Develop user-centered interfaces for global technology initiatives.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and project objectives.
• Ensure that designs comply with brand standards and adhere to industry best practices.
• Offer detailed development annotations to facilitate a smooth handoff to delivery teams.
• Build and sustain a comprehensive design system that standardizes component libraries, design patterns, and style guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in design language across all projects and products.
• Establish processes for regular updates and enhancements to design systems based on user feedback and changing business requirements.
• Ensure that design systems are scalable and adaptable to new technology platforms and tools.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting an environment of creativity and professional development.
• Lead collaborative design sessions with stakeholders, fostering innovative solutions and consensus on design directions.
• Champion user-centered design principles within the organization, impacting project strategies and outcomes.
• Engage in strategic planning and decision-making, offering insights to influence the future trajectory of design initiatives.
• Business and user requirement matrices.

• UX Maps (Journey, Empathy, User Flows).
• Research reports and insights.
• Design system management.
• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, product design, graphic design, or equivalent work experience demonstrating expertise.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a UX/UI designer role or a similar position.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in designing B2B experiences, AI applications, and platform design is a plus.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience in developing detailed user journey maps and user flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI, SharePoint, and Source/Confluence is advantageous.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to proactively manage reporting deadlines and prepare draft reports for review at least 2 days prior to deadlines.
