This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the coordination of Managed Care services.
• Ensure the continuity of program services ethically, legally, and morally within a secure and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate as a team member in delivering assessment and admission services to clients and their families.
• Facilitate the integration of recovery issues into clients' daily living situations.
• Provide managed care and utilization review support for both inpatient and outpatient adolescent or adult services.
• Offer financial case management assistance alongside the Patient Accounts Representative.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Patient Accounts Representative and aid in liaising with families to ensure 100% client funding.
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date system of managed care contacts.
• Engage in daily capacity management meetings and convey funding changes.
• Compile and submit reports on Managed Care activities as directed.
• Act as a member of the Access Team and participate in all team meetings.
• Understand and adhere to all principles set forth by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to every client.
• Serve as a role model for colleagues, clients, and customers.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or a nursing license.
• Five years of experience in behavioral health treatment.
• Sufficient writing skills to accurately complete required documentation within designated time frames.
• Proficient in conducting individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Capability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, parents, staff, or community resources.
• CADC Certification (or CARS Certification) or willingness to obtain it.
• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment.
