This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and address mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to the needs and situations of patients.
• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling, treatment, and modify treatment strategies as needed.
• Perform continual evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and inform family members when suitable.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after achieving full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in related disciplines.
• A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license (dependent on office location). Applications without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate/intern level therapists.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout your employment with this organization.
• Capacity to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficient in guiding, directing, or influencing individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of establishing and sustaining effective relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR): Must have a demonstrated ability to efficiently utilize electronic health record systems for managing patient data, documenting clinical information, and accessing patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy, proficient in various software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and resolve common issues.
