User Experience Designer – Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Work in close collaboration with your team, which includes development and product management partners, along with key stakeholders throughout the portfolio.

• Create comprehensive end-to-end experiences by developing low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity design assets, journey maps, and detailed service blueprints.

• Take ownership of customer outcomes and formulate a cohesive, integrated vision for user experience.

• Lead design reviews, critiques, and workshops to facilitate seamless collaboration among stakeholders.

• Utilize user feedback and data to guide design decisions, partnering with product management to establish strategic direction.

• Generate design concepts and solutions grounded in user needs, product vision, and technical capabilities.

• Employ cutting-edge AI tools and maintain a curious mindset towards AI to explore and create innovative, outcome-oriented design solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of pertinent industry experience in senior roles focusing on the design of SaaS products.

• Competence in producing design deliverables that encompass the entire user experience, including initial vision and concept development, workflows, wireframes, and refined visual designs.

• A portfolio that highlights both web and mobile projects, showcasing your specific contributions to design direction and decisions in delivered products.

• Experience in integrating user research insights into concepts and collaborating with UX research and content design teams.

• A strong passion for tackling complex problems and identifying opportunities to enhance product experience.

• Experience in specialized sectors such as healthcare, automotive, education, and insurance is an advantage.
