This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform thorough and impartial medical chart evaluations with integrity and transparency.
• Generate assessments that are clear, succinct, and well-supported by relevant evidence.
• Adhere to MMRO’s review templates, ensuring all necessary components are complete and accurate.
• Convey findings in a professional manner utilizing proper language and grammar.
• Complete designated reviews within the established deadlines.
• Respond swiftly to communications from MMRO staff.
• Review and adhere to corporate training materials and review standards.
• Be open to constructive criticism from MMRO’s Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, and Clinical Staff.
• Provide suggestions for process enhancement and quality improvement.
• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in any U.S. state or territory.
• Sustained certification by a board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
• At least five (5) years of full-time equivalent experience (37.5–40 hours per week) in providing direct clinical care to patients.
• Current clinical practice experience within the past three (3) years.
• Flexible, remote contract position.
• Ability to set your own schedule and determine case volume.
• Work alongside a skilled and supportive clinical and operations team.
• Contribute to fair, evidence-based decisions that foster quality healthcare outcomes.
