Clinical Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess RN evaluation documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and errors.

• Detect missing or incorrect details and relay revision requests to RNs.

• Approve assessments that fulfill quality and documentation criteria.

• Follow up with RNs to ensure revisions are executed correctly and promptly.

• Evaluate assessments utilizing RN PAD.

• Perform necessary data entry in HHA Exchange post-approval.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation in accordance with workflows and quality standards.

• Engage with RNs and internal team members regarding assessment evaluations.

• Ensure confidentiality while managing sensitive healthcare information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse with relevant experience.

• Solid grasp of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.

• Preference for experience in reviewing clinical assessments, medical records, or healthcare documentation.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to recognize errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.

• Superb written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to deliver clear and professional feedback to RNs.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to operate independently while ensuring accuracy and productivity.

• Comfortable with learning new technology and healthcare systems.

• Experience with EMR or clinical documentation systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with RN PAD or HHA Exchange is advantageous.
