📋 Description

• Designs and creates advanced user interfaces.

• Guides the development of user personas along with thorough user research analyses.

• Constructs intricate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various platforms.

• Manages usability testing, collects insights, and implements enhancements.

• Plays a crucial role in refining and broadening the company's design system and style guidelines.

• Works with stakeholders to present ideas, collect feedback, and iterate on designs.

• Oversees multiple projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, scope, and budgets.

• Acts as a mentor and guide to help junior designers develop their skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• A minimum of seven to nine (7-9) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Expert-level proficiency in design tools.

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies.
