UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create user-focused, intuitive experiences across various web and product interfaces.

• Assess and enhance the user experience across our range of brands, pinpointing opportunities to harmonize experiences and generate synergistic effects among products.

• Simplify complex data and workflows into straightforward, usable interfaces.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and UI standards.

• Conduct streamlined user research and usability testing to guide decision-making.

• Leverage data and user behavior to refine and enhance performance.

• Maintain consistency across experiences while accommodating various use cases.

• Support cross-functional projects where UX plays a role in driving growth, engagement, or retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design.

• A strong portfolio that showcases both UX strategy and refined UI execution.

• Experience in designing for web-based products, SaaS platforms, or data tools.

• Ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable solutions.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (or similar).

• Excellent communication skills — able to articulate not only what needs to be done, but also why.
