This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +4 more states.
• Create and implement robust, secure, and scalable RPA solutions utilizing UiPath with the RE Framework and other development best practices.
• Keep technical documentation current and well-maintained.
• Adhere to and propose enhancements for best practices, methodologies, QA/testing, policies, and procedures.
• Suggest ongoing improvements for RPA solutions.
• Draft and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), process definitions, and other automation artifacts to facilitate development and knowledge transfer.
• Design, deploy, and oversee automations within UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, and asset configuration.
• Utilize UiPath Automation Suite to deliver enterprise-level automations in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Design and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences to assist with AI-driven decision-making and user-guided automation.
• Execute Document Understanding workflows to manage structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data using AI models and OCR.
• Connect UiPath with external systems and APIs to facilitate seamless end-to-end process automation.
• Work collaboratively with business analysts, process SMEs, and testers to ensure automations align with business requirements and provide measurable benefits.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) to ensure iterative, transparent, and high-quality delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of progressive development experience.
• A minimum of one year’s experience as a Robotic Process Automation developer; UiPath experience is highly preferred, with federal ecosystem experience favored.
• Proficient in the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience with Python and object-oriented programming languages, as well as scripting and database query languages.
• Familiarity with project and change management concepts, preferably related to IT implementations and UAT management.
• Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot and AI Center configuration and functionalities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; the ability to multitask and manage time effectively is crucial.
• Must be a US Citizen as required by contract specifications.
• Capacity to obtain and maintain a government Secret security clearance as required by contract; candidates with an active Secret clearance will be given priority consideration.
• Candidates located in the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area are highly preferred.
