UI Engineer – Outbound, Selfservice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma.

• Develop and uphold scalable design systems that guarantee coherence between design tokens and frontend implementation.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver flawless user experiences.

• Convert Figma designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend components.

• Create responsive and high-performance web applications that are optimized for various browsers and devices.

• Ensure a seamless connection between design intent and technical execution.

• Contribute to frontend architecture as well as initiatives focused on accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.

• Engage in code reviews and continually enhance UI development standards and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a UI Developer or Frontend Developer.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, encompassing Dev Mode, Auto Layout, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.

• More than 2 years of experience in JavaScript (ES6+) and contemporary UI development practices.

• Practical experience with React.js and component-based architecture.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, typography, spacing, and color systems.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.

• Capability to create scalable, reusable, and visually appealing UI components.

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end Figma-to-code implementation and modern frontend projects.
