This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop user interface components and complete pages using React/TypeScript throughout the platform.
• Enhance and maintain our current component library to ensure uniformity across the product.
• Create complex triage, filtering, and workflow processes that manage high-volume data.
• Construct data visualizations for dashboards, posture views, and reporting purposes.
• Improve frontend performance through techniques such as list virtualization, intelligent pagination, and responsive interactions with large datasets.
• Implement real-time updates where necessary.
• Collaborate with the Product Designer during mock-up evaluations and in extending the component library.
• Work alongside full-stack and backend engineers to define the APIs that support the UI.
• Establish feedback loops and analytics to capture user interactions with new features.
• Engage directly with customers and design partners to validate user experience and iterate swiftly.
• Over 5 years of frontend engineering experience with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
• Proven history of delivering production-level UIs using modern frameworks.
• Practical experience working within established component libraries and design systems.
• Knowledge of state management, performance optimization, and intricate data fetching methodologies.
• Proficient with data visualization libraries.
• Keen attention to design fidelity — willing to challenge patterns or mock-ups when necessary.
• Excellent debugging abilities in the browser and across network boundaries.
• Experience in gathering user requirements and translating feedback into UI enhancements.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in direct interactions with customers and design teams.
• Resourceful; previous startup experience and willing to engage hands-on.
• Pragmatic; understands how to deliver quickly without overcomplicating processes.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup engineering environment.
