This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

• Create visually appealing and user-centric web applications.

• Convert designs from internal designers and clients into high-quality, enterprise-level web experiences.

• Work in close collaboration with Product Management, Project Managers, and designers to deliver top-notch products to our clients.

• Build sophisticated, branded prototypes for new features and customer interactions.

• Interact directly with both new and existing clients to explore and plan solutions for their branding needs.

• Ensure that all code is maintainable, scalable, and compatible across various browsers.

• Possess knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices in all applications.

• Take part in code reviews and foster a culture of high-quality, maintainable coding practices.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development.

• Solid, hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors such as SASS.

• Proficient in front-end development using modern vanilla JavaScript and frameworks, especially React and Svelte.

• Demonstrated ability to write maintainable, scalable, responsive, and cross-browser compatible code.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.

• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
