This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients within the designated territory to maximize the benefits of Alpine software and enhance their business operations.

• Sustain relationships with current customers and support new business opportunities by offering demonstrations and technical support to end users.

• Work alongside the sales team to acquire new accounts.

• Assess the operational processes of potential clients to identify how they can leverage Alpine software to boost productivity and minimize paperwork.

• Oversee the technical aspects of the initial installation, business rule configurations, and software training, ensuring a smooth transition to the Help Desk team for ongoing support.

• Serve as the Software Expert in the assigned territory, addressing escalated and complex inquiries.

• Familiarize customers with new software functionalities.

• Collaborate with the territory sales representative to align with customer priorities.

• Foster strong relationships with customer staff to build rapport.

• Engage cross-functionally with software development to address market needs within the territory.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction technology is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in the technical implementation of software is preferred.

• Experience in the truss industry is preferred.

• Proven experience in customer interaction in a service or support role.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively present information to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability as a highly motivated, independent, results-oriented self-starter.

• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80% of the time.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
