This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Create and implement training programs for Treasury Management products, services, systems, and processes, encompassing curriculum development, job aids, and supplementary materials.
• Conduct engaging training sessions through various formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced approaches, to facilitate onboarding and continuous development of associates.
• Identify training requirements by collaborating with TM leadership, sales and relationship teams, support and operations, and product departments to pinpoint knowledge deficiencies and opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives using feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, making adjustments to perpetually enhance learning outcomes.
• Keep training content current by updating it to reflect modifications in products, systems, regulatory standards, and business processes.
• Assist with new product introductions and system rollouts by crafting and delivering specialized training programs and resources.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Treasury Management products and processes, offering guidance and assistance to associates as necessary.
• Encourage knowledge retention and application through reinforcement strategies, including follow-up sessions, coaching, and reference materials.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Operations, Compliance, and Risk, to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilize learning technologies and tools to improve delivery, monitor participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Ensure training adheres to regulatory and compliance standards, emphasizing risk awareness and conformity to internal policies.
• Maintain awareness of and comply with the Bank’s standards for compliance and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures, applying them to daily operations.
• Provide a consistent, high-quality level of service in accordance with our Serving More standards.
• 4-6 years of experience in banking, learning & development, or education.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent is required. A Bachelor's Degree in education, communication, business-related field, or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
• Preferred License/Certification: Certification in Instructional Design or Curriculum Development.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
