This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provides support for Treasury and banking-related initiatives throughout the organization.
• Identifies opportunities for process enhancements to improve treasury operations and efficiency.
• Aids in the execution of daily cash management tasks, including payment processing.
• Monitors and evaluates bank and merchant fees, including expenses related to credit cards and cash management.
• Oversees Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) activities and updates credit information as necessary.
• Compiles both short-term and long-term cash forecasts, coordinating the movement of excess cash among accounts and investments.
• Acts as a Treasury liaison and primary contact for bank access and account management.
• Assists in managing company and corporate card programs.
• Provides information and support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with cash management operations.
• Initiates and manages wire transfers, ACH transactions, and book transfers.
• Maintains positive and effective relationships with banking partners.
• Supports corporate accounting, tax, financial planning, internal audit, and other departments related to treasury transactions and entity structures.
• Engages in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate treasury operations is required.
• General knowledge and experience in a fast-paced Corporate Treasury environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Kyriba to support treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk activities.
• Broad experience in treasury operations with the capability to assist in project-based work.
• Treasury experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Ability to effectively apply accounting, finance, and treasury principles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
• Capability to quickly comprehend and assess complex financial transactions.
• Capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
