Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily treasury operations for Porch Group and its various business units.

• Track bank account activities and detect unusual transactions, unauthorized debits, or other anomalies requiring further investigation.

• Aid in daily cash positioning and overall cash management tasks.

• Facilitate domestic and international wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other payment processes.

• Support bank account reconciliations and the investigation of outstanding items.

• Assist with the fulfillment of monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reporting obligations.

• Help with the opening and closing of bank accounts, changes in signers, and ongoing account maintenance.

• Maintain banking records, account documentation, and online banking user access.

• Act as a primary support resource for Porch’s banking operations in India and local banking relationships.

• Oversee the administration of the company’s corporate card program, including onboarding cardholders, account maintenance, training coordination, and ensuring policy compliance.

• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to address payment exceptions and related processing issues.

• Coordinate closely with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders to address treasury-related inquiries.

• Support treasury technology projects, process enhancements, and automation initiatives.

• Assist with audit requests, internal controls, and compliance activities.

• Carry out other treasury-related tasks and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Accounts Payable, or similar roles.

• Experience in cash management, payment processing, or banking operations.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Capacity to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Concur, Workday, banking platforms, or treasury systems is advantageous.

• Experience with multinational organizations or international banking activities is beneficial.

• Proven experience collaborating with US-based business teams.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
