Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of daily reserve management by monitoring positions, ensuring sufficient coverage across fiat and on-chain accounts, and identifying anomalies before they escalate into issues.

• Manage and oversee wire transfers, ACH settlements, and wallet funding within Brale's banking and custodial relationships.

• Create and uphold treasury rebalancing workflows to ensure funds are properly distributed across various rails, partners, and reserve accounts.

• Establish operational controls, reconciliation processes, and documentation that can scale with transaction volumes.

• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and engineering teams to enhance the reliability and auditability of treasury processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or payment operations at a bank, fintech, financial infrastructure, or blockchain company.

• Practical experience in executing wire transfers, managing bank portals, and reconciling multi-account positions.

• Exceptional operational accuracy; you identify discrepancies, document your work, and complete tasks proactively.

• Comfortable navigating both traditional banking and emerging payment rails; familiarity with stablecoins or crypto custody is advantageous.

• Direct experience collaborating with banking partners, custodians, or payment processors is highly preferred.

• Bonus: experience in an early-stage or scaling fintech where you have developed processes from the ground up.
