Associate Clinical Application Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate under supervision, requiring guidance and instruction.

• Accountable for production support, system implementations, and upgrades within IT Services.

• Oversee the creation and modification of security templates and sub-templates in the Epic applications.

• Collaborate with analysts to set up new users, transfer existing users, and manage the complete SER record process.

• Engage in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field along with 2 years of IT experience, clinical/operational experience, or a combination of both.

• High School diploma/GED plus 4 years of IT experience, clinical/operational experience, or any combination of the two is required.

• Epic Security Certification – Must be currently certified or achieve certification within 6 months of UAMS-sponsored training.

• Proficient in two or more of the following: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Box.
