Treasurer – Finance Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing and overseeing a contemporary treasury function that caters to a rapidly expanding global organization.

• Overseeing global liquidity strategies, managing banking partnerships, debt management, treasury operations, financial infrastructure, and the roadmap for treasury technology.

• Acting as a vital business collaborator with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, IT, and Executive Leadership.

• Formulating treasury strategies, enhancing global liquidity, modernizing systems and processes, reinforcing financial controls, and improving decision-making through data and technology.

• Recognizing opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual tasks, implement cutting-edge technologies, and provide scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.

• An MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• 8–12+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.

• Proficiency in cash forecasting, banking, debt management, and liquidity oversight.

• Experience in managing multinational treasury operations.

• Background in leading ERP or finance transformation projects.

• Familiarity with automation or AI-driven finance solutions is preferred.

• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations is preferred.

• A strategic mindset combined with a focus on operational excellence.

• Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting capabilities.

• Extensive knowledge of treasury and banking operations.

• Experience with ERP and treasury technology.

• Proficient in executive-level communication.

• A strong sense of ownership and a commitment to continuous improvement.
