Traveling Construction Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support to teams of approximately 20 individuals

• Organize daily operations, manage materials and equipment, and utilize light machinery

• Liaise with project managers, directors, inspectors, and various internal and external stakeholders

• Evaluate work for quality, precision, and adherence to deadlines

• Handle documentation, reporting, and timecard management

• Supervise shotcrete activities, ensure equipment is ready, and maintain quality control as necessary based on the project

• Implement safety regulations and assist in the management of any incidents

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction experience; field supervision in commercial construction is preferred

• Proven experience in coordinating with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors

• High school diploma; an associated degree in a related field is a significant advantage

• Openness to learn and instruct on OSHA‑10 is essential; OSHA‑30 training will be provided as necessary

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and the capacity to secure a DOT card

• Proficient in blueprint reading and possess strong knowledge of construction (including rockwork, steel, grading, etc.)

• Preferred qualifications include experience in shotcrete or themed construction; nozzleman certification is a plus
