This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for evaluating incidents and deciding on solution strategies during the implementation phase.
• Comprehend requests for modifications and identify the optimal approach.
• Implement a solution strategy and confirm that the business issue has been addressed.
• Proactively seek out improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate customer-facing implementations of Online Booking Tools (OBTs) and other products.
• Systematically carry out assessments, replicate errors, or test scenarios whenever feasible.
• Coordinate efforts with various internal and external teams across different issues.
• Execute configuration changes ranging from simple to highly complex (involving multiple systems, logics, interactions, and dependencies).
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate customer-focused communication.
• Support established and agreed-upon productivity goals.
• Foster a collaborative spirit both within the team and with external partners.
• Extensive experience in the corporate travel sector is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of travel technology is required.
• Basic experience in project management.
• Advanced administrative expertise with online booking tools (such as Concur, Cytric, or other relevant platforms).
• Experience in commercial support.
• Significant experience in an international work environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
