Travel Consultant, GDS Sabre

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Identify and verify travel bookings for customers.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of client travel policies and consistently offer guidance to customers.

• Address all inquiries related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Provide clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Look for opportunities to assess operational processes and commercial partnerships with clients to suggest enhancements.

• Continuously maintain, communicate, and seek to broaden knowledge of the various supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a travel agent.

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French or Italian.

• In-depth understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
