Translator, Copywriter, Artworker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the localization of labels, signage, digital platforms, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

• Oversee and proofread translations to ensure precision and quality.

• Modify and transcreate customer-facing content, including wordplay, humor, and cultural references, to ensure it resonates naturally and engagingly in Polish while remaining true to Lush’s tone of voice.

• Verify ingredient information for correctness and compliance as necessary.

• Comprehend and implement legal regulations, such as the Green Claims Act.

• Localize external brand communications (such as newsletters, campaign toolkits, social media, and Lush Times).

• Collaborate with the Digital Team to create SEO-optimized copywriting.

• Coordinate with purchasing teams and creatives to maintain up-to-date product information for staff and customers.

• Work closely with the Artworker/Translator counterpart on collaborative translation and localization projects to ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and quality.

• Adapt global artworks for local printing processes, ensuring brand consistency.

• Conduct proof checks on artwork prior to printing.

• Manage orders and communicate with external printers.

• Occasionally create locally relevant, on-brand artwork using Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Oversee assigned projects with proactive communication.

• Coordinate artwork and translation deadlines with stakeholders (e.g., shops, printers, digital).

• Proficient in written Polish with a strong command of Lush’s English source materials.

• Excellent project management and time management abilities, committed to meeting deadlines.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud for content updates and producing print-ready files.

• Technologically adept with a logical approach to systems and databases.

• Exceptionally organized, capable of systematically managing various content and files.

• Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and excel in a remote environment.

• Experience in SEO writing for web content, email campaigns, and print magazines is advantageous.
