This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitating internal knowledge transfer for new products and functionalities of our order-entry and results reporting platform ix.serv / ix.connect
• Organizing and delivering internal training sessions for colleagues in Service and Support
• Developing internal functional and configuration documentation
• Providing support for pilot projects
• Assisting product managers in the design of new products and features, with a particular emphasis on serviceability
• Aiding product managers in the acceptance testing and deployment of new products and features
• Vocational training or a degree along with experience in Healthcare IT or the laboratory sector
• In-depth understanding of workflows and processes utilized by submitters/ordering parties
• Familiarity with order entry systems, particularly ix.serv / ix.connect, is advantageous
• Experience in planning and delivering training sessions
• Strong customer service orientation and high quality awareness
• Confident in interactions with customers and colleagues
• Enjoyment in working collaboratively within a team
• Proficient German language skills and excellent communication abilities
