Transformation & Governance Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Ensure uniformity and excellence in project execution by utilizing the appropriate methodologies and tools.

• Recognize, evaluate, and address project-level risks, escalating them to global leads and/or the program manager as necessary.

• Deliver project reports and status updates through scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings, while facilitating stakeholder meetings.

• Oversee budget management, resource planning, and utilization.

• Verify the completion and alignment of projects, ensuring they are ready to go live.

• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality assurance throughout all phases of project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline (mandatory).

• Over 8 years of experience in transformation, program management, consulting, governance, or agile delivery.

• A solid grasp of product operating models and agile methodologies.

• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise and team-level frameworks, including: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Spotify Model, Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS), Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.

• Certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-PMP, ICAgile Coaching certifications.
