Fagansvarlig, UxS regulatorisk etterlevelse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Monitor relevant regulations and standards related to UxS operations

• Translate regulatory requirements into internal guidelines, processes, and documentation

• Ensure compliance considerations are addressed in requirements, backlog, testing, and deliveries

• Develop and maintain governing documentation and compliance frameworks

• Contribute to regulatory assessments associated with testing, demonstrations, and operational use

• Support the organization with professional evaluations and decision-making materials in the face of regulatory uncertainty

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of UxS/drone operations and the related regulatory requirements

• Familiarity with Norwegian and European regulations for UxS

• Comprehension of risk-based regulatory approaches, including SORA/PDRA principles

• Ability to translate governmental requirements and standards into practical measures within the organization and product development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in aviation, UxS, RPAS, or related fields is an advantage

• Experience in compliance work, audit preparations, or approval processes is a plus

• Experience with governing documentation, operator manuals, or technical/operational documentation is beneficial

• Experience in product development within interdisciplinary environments is advantageous
