This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Analyze extensive trading behaviors across thousands of accounts and millions of trading events.
• Create frameworks to assess long-term trader quality, consistency, and behavioral stability.
• Develop participant scoring systems based on execution behavior, risk profiles, consistency, and behavioral patterns, rather than relying solely on PnL metrics.
• Identify enduring signals associated with execution quality, position management, holding behavior, directional bias, exposure concentration, and performance drift.
• Investigate the repeatability of trading behaviors across various market regimes and non-stationary conditions.
• Detect behavioral decline, adverse selection, flow toxicity, style drift, and inefficiencies in execution.
• Design frameworks for participant segmentation, risk profiling, and flow classification.
• Assess participant quality utilizing metrics such as MAE/MFE, drawdowns, position sizing, holding behavior, rolling performance drift, exposure concentration, and tail risk characteristics.
• Engage with large-scale datasets and real-time monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on automated decision-making systems, risk infrastructure, and real-time analytics.
• Develop robust analytical logic that can adapt to shifting market conditions and evolving participant behaviors.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional trading, brokerage risk, market making, execution, proprietary trading, quantitative research, or trader evaluation environments.
• Strong comprehension of market microstructure, participant behavior, and risk-adjusted performance analysis.
• Experience with large-scale client flow, execution systems, trader populations, or liquidity infrastructure.
• Profound intuition for probabilistic systems and statistical behavior at scale.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with behavioral analytics, clustering, statistical learning methods, time-series analysis, and large datasets.
• A solid understanding of concepts such as adverse selection, flow quality, execution efficiency, tail risk, regime changes, and behavioral drift.
• Capacity to reason effectively in noisy and non-stationary environments.
• **Preferred Background**
• Experience from institutional brokers, proprietary trading firms, market makers, execution venues, electronic trading environments, hedge funds, or large-scale trader evaluation platforms.
