Transformation Director, Advanced Imaging Solutions

📋 Description

• Develop and guide the AIS transformation roadmap in alignment with growth, margin enhancement, and simplification objectives.

• Convert strategy into explicit, measurable initiatives with designated ownership and timelines.

• Propel enterprise-wide transformation while ensuring alignment across product, commercial, technology, and operations sectors.

• Create a streamlined, scalable operating model that includes clear accountability and decision-making rights.

• Remove silos and enhance cross-functional handoffs to boost speed and operational efficiency.

• Standardize the development, positioning, and delivery of products throughout the portfolio.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to synchronize priorities and facilitate execution within a global, matrixed framework.

• Influence stakeholders without formal authority to hasten decisions and outcomes.

• Oversee change management efforts to support the adoption of innovative working methods.

• Cultivate a culture of Lean principles, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

• Enhance organizational capabilities in transformation, problem-solving, and execution rigor.

• Drive structural cost reductions and sustainable margin growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive leadership experience in transformation, operations, strategy, or program management roles.

• Proven success in spearheading large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.

• Strong financial acumen, including experience with business cases, cost transformation, and KPI management.

• Demonstrated capability to function effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
