Transaction Manager – Renewable Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee corporate mergers and acquisitions processes, manage the project pipeline, and handle project sale processes.

• Engage in negotiations related to sales mandates.

• Direct valuation and due diligence activities.

• Ensure adherence to contractual (warranty) obligations stemming from project sales.

• Serve as the liaison between cross-functional project teams and external transaction advisors.

• Keep abreast of market trends and nurture a network of partners and investors.

• Draft decision papers and present findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Multiple years of professional experience, preferably in renewable energy and transaction management.

• Skilled in commonly utilized valuation models for renewable energy projects.

• Possess strong analytical and communication abilities.

• Demonstrate an independent, self-motivated work approach.

• Exceptional Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
