Training & Implementation Lead – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation and training initiatives for orthodontic practices, ensuring the effective integration of OrthoFi solutions.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate scheduling, manage project timelines, and identify training requirements.

• Facilitate both remote and in-person training sessions, delivering hands-on assistance to orthodontic staff during system setup and the go-live process.

• Aid in post-implementation activities by hosting office hours, conducting training for new staff, and addressing ongoing educational needs.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth alignment and effective transitions for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent work experience is acceptable.

• A strong enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• 2–4 years of experience in client-facing training related to software, services, or processes is highly preferred.

• Experience in orthodontics or dental fields is advantageous; familiarity with OrthoFi is even more beneficial.

• Outstanding presentation skills, professionalism, and composure.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients.

• A results-driven mindset with innovative problem-solving abilities.

• Professional and adaptable communication skills suitable for in-person, phone, and email interactions.

• Strong work planning and analytical capabilities; adept at prioritizing based on business needs.

• Proven success in teamwork and the ability to support colleagues effectively.

• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time during regular seasons (2–3 days, 3 weeks per month).

• Experience in instructional design is a plus.

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

• Must be able to reside and work full-time in Arizona, Alabama, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas.
