This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee administrative and operational management of the Learning Management System (LMS), encompassing user support, course management, and internal requirements.
• Organize and maintain training schedules, ensuring they align with business priorities and resource availability.
• Facilitate internal and additional learning needs, ensuring precise tracking and implementation of training activities.
• Serve as a primary contact for users, trainers, and key points of contact within the dealer network.
• Guarantee clear, prompt, and accurate communication regarding training activities, schedules, and updates.
• Provide detailed monthly and quarterly communications that outline training plans, execution status, and forthcoming steps.
• Coordinate logistics for employee training activities, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, and training materials.
• Manage coffee breaks and catering services to support in-person training sessions and events.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of brand events related to training and development initiatives.
• Prepare and distribute execution reports, performance indicators, and management summaries.
• Monitor training execution status and maintain continuous communication regarding activities with concessionaires.
• Support the analysis of training effectiveness through data consolidation and reporting.
• Aid in the development of training content through briefing analysis and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of learning administration processes, tools, and operational standards.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support related to training, learning operations, or logistics.
• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with learning platforms (LMS) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese is considered a significant advantage.
