Trainee Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on existing projects (collections);

• Create advertising creatives based on clearly defined briefs;

• Learn to adapt videos for various platforms and localizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic knowledge of motion design (courses, videos, personal projects, or academic work);

• Familiarity with fundamental tools and principles of animation in After Effects;

• Understanding of the basics of working with text, color, and composition;

• English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate+ level;

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a responsible approach to tasks;

• Experience with plugins (Animation Composer, Motion Tools, CompositeBrush, etc.);

• Familiarity with neural networks (NanoBanana, Veo3, ElevenLabs, etc.);

• Basic understanding of scripts and expressions.
