This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service and ensure traveller satisfaction.
• Offer guidance and support to travellers, taking responsibility for their well-being.
• Continuously expand your knowledge about the destination, including its culture, religion, current events, and environment.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of accommodations, attractions, dining options, transportation, souvenirs, pricing, etc.
• Establish a network of information sources and contacts for assistance when needed.
• Keep vaccinations and preventive medications current.
• Serve as the primary guide, interpreter, and group manager on a daily basis.
• Strive to adhere closely to the planned travel itinerary.
• Be alert to potential opportunities for G Adventures.
• Reside in Jordan.
• Hold a valid Guiding License and First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Have a passion for Adventure Travel.
• Previous experience living, travelling, studying, or working internationally.
• Proficient in English and at least one region-specific language.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Display resourcefulness.
• Show awareness and commitment to Sustainable Tourism.
• Maintain good health and a high energy level.
• Have a background in basic accounting and budgeting.
• Be computer literate.
• Access to support through various Team Resource Groups.
