This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and equity, while managing planning tools and system maintenance.
• Create reports and tools that empower HR Business Partners with data, enabling them to operate proactively.
• Engage in compensation surveys and perform data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process and program enhancements; suggest practical solutions and assist in cost and budget assessments.
• Aid in the analysis, design, communication, and management of insurance, wellness, and retirement programs.
• Stay informed about federal and state regulations that impact compensation and benefits; assist in ensuring program compliance.
• Contribute to special initiatives within the Total Rewards area, including efforts related to bonus and equity plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proficiency in working with numerical data.
• Capacity to think critically and integrate diverse perspectives into problem-solving.
