This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Administer and maintain essential compensation platforms, such as Better Comp, Salary.com, Syndio, and the job evaluation tool.
• Ensure the integrity and accessibility of Workday data, providing timely support and updates to regional teams.
• Centralize and streamline the submission of surveys, including regional compensation surveys, salary budget planning, and benefits design, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across regions.
• Prepare data for ACR budget planning, taking into account inflation rates, market forecasts, and internal compensation data for comprehensive insights.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of job profiles to support role standardization and compliance.
• Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date, gender-neutral, and reflect consistent titling across regions.
• Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities, deactivating outdated profiles and resolving discrepancies.
• Support the annual management incentive plan (MIP) review process by coordinating data consolidation, report generation, and creating personalized letters for eligible employees.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure data alignment and accuracy throughout the process.
• Provide strong analytics support for compensation and benefits dashboards and tools, including Workday Prism, and contribute insights that facilitate data-informed decision-making.
• Prepare quarterly summaries for pay equity analysis, generating reports and proposals for any necessary out-of-range compensation adjustments.
• Create and distribute letters across the Total Rewards function, including but not limited to the global stock incentive plan (SIP) and US benefits.
• Ensure consistency in job profiles and resolve data discrepancies.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within Total Rewards operations, suggesting artificial intelligence (AI) or automation solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the adoption and implementation of these solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within Total Rewards or related HR areas.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, including Workday, with experience in compensation data management tools such as Better Comp being desirable.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new systems and tools.
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data auditing, report generation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
• Knowledge of pay equity analysis and familiarity with AI or automation solutions for HR processes is a plus.
