This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in various core compensation processes, including the annual compensation cycle, pay equity assessments, and salary planning initiatives.
• Engage in special projects as needed.
• Execute compensation administrative tasks related to manual updates for global transfers, including manual uploads (such as ABS for bonus calculations, fixed allowances, and LOA proration).
• Address and resolve issues that arise during the lifecycle of compensation processes.
• Actively participate in the testing phases for regular cycles and enhancements.
• Follow up on outlier reviews, consolidating information and analyzing data.
• Submit global data for participation in the annual WTW compensation survey.
• Take part in budget salary planning surveys for Mercer and WTW.
• Assist in the salary planning process through data preparation and analysis.
• Conduct invoice reconciliation and analyze the usage of recognition programs, among other tasks.
• Perform pay-for-performance analysis.
• Redesign processes and tools to facilitate regular audits of compensation information to ensure its accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in English at a business level is necessary.
• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Service Now, or similar systems is advantageous.
• CCP Certification is a plus.
• Employees have the flexibility to work remotely.
